01How to get help

/and type the message or the screen name. Most setup questions are answered in Troubleshooting. - Ask on the item pageUse the Comments tab of the item on CodeCanyon for questions other buyers may also have, or the Support tab for your own installation. Sign in with the account you bought with.
- Installation and customization helpFor help installing or customizing the app, write to us on Telegram: t.me/mistrba. Mention your CodeCanyon username.
Get a fast answer
- Send the item version (3.0.0), the platform (Android, iOS, console) and the output of
flutter --versionandnode --version. - Paste the exact error message and the command you ran. For backend problems, add the lines from Firebase console → Functions → logs.
- Never send service-account key files,
ADMIN_SECRET_KEY, ad network secrets, the Apple.p8key, keystores or passwords, and never post them in comments. We will never ask for them.
02Item support policy
Support follows Envato's item support policy. Your purchase includes six months of item support; you can extend it on the item page.
